This one was heavy! I was very excited when our good friends asked me to make their wedding cake. I can't believe they trusted me that much... hopefully I didn't let them down! I love that they wanted something a little different. The offset octagons were tricky to set up, but it all came together with a little patience. I'd made the swirls beforehand and the groom's brother helped me out by putting them on the cake. Even though he's a newbie, he didn't mess up the icing job. Way to go Adam! =)From the top down: tiramisu cheesecake, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, tiramisu cheesecake, plain cheesecake; iced with whipped cream. Decorated with fondant swirls and silver poly ribbon.
