Tiramisu

I made this for a friend's birthday. Instead of worrying about him returning a plate, I just made a chocolate cake board. So when he finishes the tiramisu, he'll still have some delicious chocolate to munch on! =) The mascarpone filling is addictive. I was barely able to stop myself in order to finish assembling his dessert. LOL! I also made angelfood cake and used that instead of the typical lady fingers. I like the taste and texture of it much better.
