A friend of mine wanted a birthday cake for her boss, something fun and whimsical. He apparently went the wrong way down a one way street... and his employees have yet to let him live it down. LOL! It was my first attempt at a buttercream transfer. That was fun, not as hard as I thought it would be, and pretty cute! I think I'll be doing more of those!Amaretto cake with white chocolate raspberry mousse; iced with white chocolate buttercream. BTW - never making that buttercream again! The fat content in the white chocolate made for a very soft icing. It was extremely hard to work with!
