These were actually the top 4 tiers which are fondant covered styrofoam. The 5th tier was being cut up and eaten at this point! This was my own recipe that I'd created months before. I kept the design fairly simple... I had a feeling I'd be too busy to try anything too complicated. =)White chocolate velvet cake with white chocolate raspberry mousse; iced in a white chocolate fondant. Decorated with ribbon and luster dust.
