The groom played football in high school and my friend wanted to do something with that theme. This is what I came up with. The couple touched the jersey several times before they cut into it. LOL! I think they liked it!Chocolate amaretto cake with chocolate raspberry mousse; iced with chocolate glaze. Fondant/gumpaste jersey and goal post. The football border is also made from the chocolate glaze.
