Anniversary Cake

My first anniversary/wedding cake! My co-worker's parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and I had the honor of making their cake. Their backyard was breathtaking! How could my cake not look good with such a beautiful background? My co-worker's mom wrote the sweetest thank you note. I was so happy they liked it! It's hard to tell from the picture, but it was decorated with swirls and dotted swiss.

From the top tier down - Italian creme cake and filling, chocolate cake w/ chocolate raspberry mousse, yellow cake w/ buttercream filling; iced with vanilla buttercream. Decorated with poly ribbon and fresh gerbera daisies.
