Ball and Chain

My first wedding cake... well, groom's cake, but close enough. It was exciting and nerve racking at the same time. My friends gave me creative liberty. They had no clue what I'd created until they saw it at the reception! After a few suggestions from others, this is what came out. They had a beautiful wedding and I'm glad I didn't ruin it with something inedible and lopsided. haha!

It was made with two bundt cake pans. One was chocolate cake and the other red velvet; iced with chocolate buttercream.
